An office building transformation into a hotel in an extremely saturated hotel area of Budapest 5th district. Our first use of our self-developed research and identity building method. The niche market and aimed guests are generation Z and millennials. A new kind of psychology with new trends in traveling. Insider voyage is when tourists wish to discover local traditions and way of life rather than monuments and historical sights. Our first recognition of “communicating an experience” is more lively by dedicated services, gastronomy, high-end digital applications and themed choreography.
