We started with a masterplan – a plan for the development and organisation of the space – and then created the buildings, the natural environment, and the community functions. 

The first version of the concept for the giant lakeside plot started with around 1000 m2 of hyper luxury houses with an internal private marina.

The model has evolved over time, but the two-version luxury building is the jewel in our professional portfolio.
