The client required a Mediterranean-style, yet modern house on a dramatically steep plot with breathtaking panoramic views. 

The basic concept has a U-shaped layout to soften the strong winds, with terraces surrounding the infinity pool and a cantilevered sun terrace. 

During construction, the purchase of the adjacent lot allowed for a 5-car garage to be added to the unit, creating a „wow” effect with an exciting entrance and grandiose massing, as well as a sense of space.

We used only natural materials, warm travertine, striking black slate, and soft tropical wood. With countless unique furnishings and solutions, a truly unique luxury home was born.
